Here are just some St. Patricks Day celebrations happening in Southie!  Check back for updates! 

Kick off St. Patrick’s Day Weekend with Caught Up Live at Laugh Boston!  Featuring Maureen and Heather from the award winning podcast Caught Up: A Podcast from South Boston!  With special guests comedian Will Noonan and Politico reporter Lauren Dezenski. Plus surprise guests, prizes and more!  Tickets are FREE!  Reserve your spot today! 

Corned beef and cabbage just like Nana used to make.  The Seapoint  is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on the 17th serving the traditional meal of Irish immigrants – corned beef and cabbage.  The nearly 40 year old family run South Boston business will also be featuring live Irish music all day. The fun begins at 11am!  They will be closed parade day!

Roza Lyons will be open for business all weekend long – including Parade Day! They’ll be serving up traditional corned beef and cabbage all weekend long with plenty of Guinness to quench your thirst!

Lincoln (425 West Broadway) will be open at 10am on parade day with a limited menu.  On Saturday, March 17th there will be plenty of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations from brunch through dinner – including specialty cocktails and food!

Loco Taqueria and Oyster Bar will also be open on March 18th at 10am with a limited menu.  $20 cover.  On March 17th, Loco will be getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with a Mexican twist! DJ Lazeeboy will be playing from 12-4!

Both Capo the Supper Club will open at 10am. $20 cover. Limited menu featuring pizzas and Italian style sandwiches. On Saturday, March 17th, it’s business as usual with Dalton & the Sheriff’s in the Supper Club at 8pm.

Fat Baby will open for parade day at 10am.  Enjoy drink and food specials all day!  $20 cover.  Fat Baby will open for normal hours at 5pm on Saturday, March 17th.

The Broadway will be celebrating St. Paddy’s Day beginning Tuesday, March 13th through Sunday, March 18th!  On Tuesday at 6pm – Guinness Glass Etching – Wednesday at 6:30pm – Jameson + Harpoon Event – Thursday at 6pm Jameson Hoppy Hour – Friday –  Green Beer Launch  – Saturday All Day – Photobooth + Bag Pipers and Sunday – St. Patrick’s Day Parade!

The Punk & Poet is also fired up for St. Patrick’s Day!  On Wednesday, March 14th  launch of specialty of food + drink through Sunday.  On Friday, March 16th it’s Green Beer Launch!  On Saturday, enjoy bag pipers live and in person!  Sunday, it’s parade day!

Worden Hall will be featuring two days of St. Paddy’s Day Brunch on Saturday, March 17th and Sunday, March 18th.  Highlights include, Irish Hand Pies: Guinness-braised beef short rib, cheddar, bechamel, chive sour cream,  Corned Beef and Cabbage sandwich: Houesemade Corned Beef, braised cabbage, whole grain mustard, Irish cheddar, marbled rye bread, Short Rib Shepherd’s Pie:  Guinness braised short rib, Yukon gold mashed potato, carrots, onions, and parsnips, Irish cheddar and Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy:  Pork sausages,  Colcannon mashed potatoes, sweet onion gravy!  Yum!

Foodie’s (230 West Broadway) will be closed on parade day but is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with freshly prepared corned beef and cabbage dinners for just $9.99 a pound. To pick up and eat! Don’t forget the mustard!   Foodie’s is also a proud sponsor of the St. Patrick’s Day Road Race providing the race with water and bananas!

Coppersmith is feeling Irish! From Wednesday – Sunday enjoy specials like  Irish potato skins – Twice baked potato with corned beef and Russian dressing, Corned beef sliders  – Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, mustard, Guinness beef stew with soda bread croutons, Shepherds pie with Vermont cheddar and potato crust!  On March 17th enjoy live music. Coppersmith will be open on parade day until 7pm. (On Friday, March 16th Coppersmith will close after lunch and reopen at 7pm)

Congressman Stephen Lynch and City Councilor Michael Flaherty are hosting the annual St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast on March 18th at 10am.  Tune into NECN to watch.
